The Opposite of Fear is Acceptance
The opposite of fear is acceptance.
Currently, we are among uncertain times and I am focusing on trying to accept the moment as is and live in the present moment. Create some space and remind yourself that in this present moment you are safe.
My top three tips that are helping me cope with the global situation are;
- Creating a daily schedule to provide some normalcy
- Stop overconsuming media
- Hyper focusing on gratitude
